Oh boy. I don’t know if there was anything specific that drove me to change but when I committed October 2016, I went full force. I went from lying about my food intake (wasn’t hiding anything however, it was very obvious to everyone) to just walking away from all temptations. All processed foods GONE, no fancy coffees, bummer, and tons of vegetables lean meats and only good starches. I still am amazed at the transformation. No pills or surgery just lots of walking away and chugging water to curb those strong desires to eat. I want to inspire and show you can do it.
