    Start slow.
    Stretching is the beginning of your journey.
    This increases your circulation.
    Stretch For 3 to 5 min. When you wake up and stretch for 10 min before bed.
    You will find yourself sleeping better and increased energy when you wake up.
    Also when you wake up THE VERY FIRST THING THAT YOU DO is drink a tall glass of water. Not coffee or any juice.
    Walk briskly everywhere that you go.
    You will feel a difference in your mind and body within a couple of days.
