I'm not near you but I also suffer from PCOS. I am supposed to be (according to my dietician) eating low carb (not more than one starchy food per day and has to be before lunch), low fat, no sugar, no added salt, and only one cup of coffee per day. Basically misery on a clean plate
So what I am doing is eating low carb and as much coffee as I need to get through the day. It is so difficult to lose weight with PCOS but it is possible. I am not sure what exercise is best but I have been doing karate, running (more fast walking than running happening tbh), dancing and walking my dogs. I read somewhere that HIIT is good for PCOS, but haven't tried it1 -

I'm losing weight jusy fine doing nothing special but controlling my calorie intake. PCOS does not impact weight loss in any meaningful way i.e. you still just have to maintain a calorie deficit. No tricks or magic diets needed.0
