Help Needed Please - nutrition and exercise

Hi I'm looking for some advice please .....
I'm 36 years old and weigh 74kg, ideally I'd like to be about 65kg so am following low cal / low fat diet and doing 6min/mile running 3-4 x week. I realise that I need to add in some resistance work so have bought some bands and also the 30 day shred dvd which I plan to start soon I am focussing on cardio and weight loss at the moment.
Firstly can anyone advise me of the best carb/protein/fat ratio for losing weight as well as toning please?
Secondly, are resistance bands good for toning vs free weights?
Finally, if anyone (who's age, weight etc is similar) would permit me to view their diaries who are doing low cal / low fat that would be great to give me an idea what to eat etc.

Hi,
I'm aslo 36 years and in that weight range. I'm on Weight Watchers and go to gym but honestly my energy levels are not that great. I'm planning to increase my time in the gym and the intensity as well. I feel my weightloss is very slow but I'm hanging in there. I also need tips on exercising effectively to lose weight....0
