Does this happen to anyone else?

I've been logging very carefully for the past 7 months and I've noticed an interesting pattern and I'm curious if anyone else notices this...I will have 2-3 weeks of maintaining weight or slight gains then one week where I lose, Lose, LOSE! Then I settle back in for 2-3 weeks of maintaining. I eat the exact same all month, track everything, exercise, etc. Not a concern, just an interesting observation. Does this happen to anyone else?

    I have a similar experience. Knowing this has really settled me down when I’m not seeing the scale go down as often as I’d like
