Hi all , Just wondering if you add what you do for work to your daily kj burnt. I work in a supermarket and i stand on my feet ( today ) for 4 hours which is about 6117kj comparing it to standing on the river bank as i really dont move all that much.
Do you add this as exercise or just the real exercise you do like the 30 mins walk of a night time?

Any advice would be helpful. Thank you

Your job is part of your daily activity level.so don't add it as exercise.

it counts as your activity level, not exercise.
