how do i list 30DS??

hi, i just started the 30 day shred and was wondering how i should record it. does it fall under circuit training or aerobics? would appreciate the input. thx :smile:

    I list it as circuit training for 20mins...good luck with it!

    Yup as circuit training. If you have an HRM you can create and add it to My Exercise and record your actual calories burned.
