Frustrated me...

Completely binged out on junk food after working out at a bootcamp fitness class. I feel horrible now. Urgh, why is this so complicated? Why do I feel like I need to fill my body with fatty foods after working out so hard to keep my weight down? Any thoughts?

when we sabatoge ourselves - it may mean you aren't ready to lose the weight. I used to sabatoge myself because I was using my fat to protect me from the memories of my past. Once I dealt with the past - I am doing better now. I still take things one day at a time, I have some days that are better than others, but overall, my good days are more regular than not.0

I understand this completely. I just do not understand this impulse to grab a bag of chips and chow down when I worked out more so then other days and feel great after doing so. As soon as I binge out on this junk food I feel gross and defeated. Maybe this will come in time? For me to be able to reach for the healthier snacks instead of what is most convienent. Thank you for your thoughts.0
