Doing my best

I'm back. Hoping to be successful this time around. I have arthritis in my right knee so I can run anymore. The weight is pulling on and I'm disgusted with myself. I found that I can do 3 miles a day on the treadmill so for the last few days that's what I've been doing. At this rate it will take forever to see results but I have to do something. I'm easily discouraged and fall off so quick. I'm searching for some serious supporters to help me along the way. I need all the help I can get. Thank you

Right here with you! I have arthritis as well, but in my back... on my sciatic nerve. I have to be gentle on most exercise equipment at the gym; one wrong twist and I'm done for! Found that out the hard way on a core building machine ironically enough. lol! I found that the elliptical and bike are my best friends though. Gentle is key for me so I completely feel you on the slow results. That stuff can drive you loopy after a while.
You definitely have my support!0 -
If you set your goal to weightloss, and consistently eat the amount of calories suggested, you will lose weight. You don't have to exercise.4

Welcome! Is there a pool nearby where you can focus on upper-body work with a buoy to support your legs?0
