113lbs lost in 666 days

From 237lbs to 123.4lbs this morning.

Religiously weighed solids and measured liquids. Never had a plateau but lost some weeks, gained some weeks.

Gained every month at ovulation time (3-5lbs) and then lost over the other three weeks.

Ate everything and anything that fit my macros (high protein, medium carbs, fat and sugar) and calories. Started at 1200 calories per day and then upped it to 1300.

Exercised A LOT purely because I’m greedy and wanted more calories! Run, swam and strength.

I have an open diary for friends so free to add me or ask questions.
