Bariatric sleeve surgery

I am scheduled for surgery January 31st 2018. Has anyone else going through this? I startef to use this My Fittness Palq to track what I eat, get recipes, get tips etc... I have a lot of health issues I'm trying to overcome I have a lot of health issues I'm trying to overcome, I hope this surgery will help some of them. Any thoughts

    I was sleeved on 10/05/2017.. I had health issued to that lead me to look into VSG.. I'm 3.5 weeks out and already have stopped taking 2 meds.. It feels great that this "tool" I got has helped me take back control.. Good luck on your surgery.. Feel free to send me a friend request.. ;)
