Hello everyone, I am new to this site

I have been on this site for 1 week now, and just love it.! I recently have been to the doctor for a cholestrol check up, figuring it was time, to my surprise, the doctor called me the following day, to tell me, " You are a heart attack waiting to happen". I am not overweight, but had very high cholestrol! Then he continued to let me know it was a genetic issue. So I have been eating healthier, thanks to this website, that I can keep count of my fat & cholestrol intake. Thank you so much!
