Basic chicken curry, recipe enough for two small portions appropriate for lunch! Or make it for yourself and save the second portion for tomorrow!

10.5 oz chicken breast thawed
1 bag boil in a bag rice (equal to one cup)
1 tsp red curry powder
1 tbsp olive oil
salt / pepper to taste

Cube chicken, mix in bowl with curry powder and olive oil. Mix well so chicken is coated with mixture. Salt and pepper to taste. Put in skillet on medium heat until chicken is white and cooked thoroughly.

In separate pot, bring water to a boil. Put bag of rice in and boil for 10 min. (or just make rice however you do, i use the bags because i mess it up haha)

After chicken and rice are cooked separately, join them together in the skillet and mix. Allowing the chicken/spices to flavor the rice.

All done! Enjoy! Half this recipe is just about 400 cal :)

I would post a pic, but idk how!
