I’m 4’10”, 30, overweight, but down 16 lbs so far! I’d love to build a support system of folks who have done it, and who are in the process.

    We are on the same path- we all can keep each other motivated- last year I lost 70lbs then gained back 30. I am back at it and really want to finish this time, I just started my Keto diet so we shall see. Good luck
