I need some motivation

It's been a while since I've been on here for motivation. I started college a month ago and I just haven't had a lot of time for the site. I'm still losing weight but I'm not feeling like working out. I usually run everyday and shred but I'm falling off the wagon and I need to get back on. I feel sooooooo lazy. My mind feels like mush and my body feels like I slept on a slab of cement.

    Sounds like you simply need to find a new routine. Your life changed a lot! Your schedule and the demands you're feeling are probably increased, too, right? No wonder your mind feels like mush and your body is fried.

    It might take a little time but you'll find a new routine that works! Just don't let it go a year (like I did when I started back to work! LOL!)
