Hi. I'm a female.Im 5'3 And I'm 30 years old. I'm currently on a weight gain journey so I'm looking for tips to gain weight . Hope everyone here reaches there goal!

  What makes you struggle to eat at a surplus to gain weight? Perhaps giving some more info will help people give more helpful ideas!

  Eat food. Eat more calories than you burn off.
