Hey all, I’m new to myfitnesspal but not all that new to working out and getting healthy. I’ve tried losing weight many times but unfortunately gained it back. I’m 21 and struggle with a form of dysautonomia which affects my nervous system making it hard to work. It’d be awesome to find other people who were struggling with the same things I am in terms of working out and such, but if not, that’s okay. I’d really just like to know that I have the support and motivation from other people around my age to keep moving forward in my weight loss journey.

I am no where near your age, I’m 38 but congrats on joining us and I hope it is life changing for you. I suggest reading the forums and getting to know people through what they post. You may make some great friends, and you for sure will pick up some helpful knowledge.

I struggle with working out due to some autoimmune and neurological stuff. I stay in the 1200 calorie range to lose weight because I’m not very active. You can add me if you would like :)

It’s great to find someone else on here who struggles with working out like I do! I also love food, so finding a good balance with that has been challenging. Thanks!
