...i'm about to lose control and i think i like it! :bigsmile:

i am sooooooo excited about my new leash on fitness! i've been a member of mfp for 53 days and is love, love, loving it!!! so far i've toned a lot of flab and lost 14 lbs with 1 more to go to reach my goal! yeah baby!!!

so glad my daughter told me about mfp, it gave me the motivation and the accountability i needed to get back into the fitness and nutrition behavior i desire!
