I'm making this for dinner tonight and thought I'd share.

You need:
-2-3 chicken breasts
-1 can cream of mushroom soup (or reduced fat--info would be less)
-1/2 cup skim milk
-1 tbsp lemon juice
-1/4 tsp garlic powder
-1 bag of frozen veggies (broccoli, cauliflour, carrots or whatever ever else your heart desires)
-a little cooking spray
-salt and pepper to taste

1. Cut your chicken into strips or chunks (up to you) and brown in a little cooking spray over medium heat for a few minutes. Remove and set aside.

2. Put all other ingredients in your skillet and heat to a boil. Return you chicken and continue to cook on low for 5 minutes.

This gives you 4 servings at:
cal-225.9
fat-6.3
sat-1.5
chol-69.1
sod-596.5
pot-576.5
carb-10.4
fib-2.1
sug-1.1
prot-31.7

Enjoy!!

This sounds really good. I can serve it over brown rice for my husband.
