So I actually gained weight this week :ohwell: It's my own fault because I did not work out as much as I needed to!! It is still a disappointment though :sad:

Hope everyone else had I better week than i did! :flowerforyou:

    It is really hard when you have so little to lose. Of course, your body is changing due to the new food and exercise, and you may be in a certain part of your cylcle where you body retains more water.

    Or your food has too much sodium, or you didnt drink enough water!

    See there are many things that could make the scale move in the wrong direction. Having said that-if you are eating less cals per day than it takes to maintain your body weight, you did NOT gain fat!

    Whew....that is a relief, huh?!

  • Uhg, I'm right there with you! I gained a pound this week, and I thought I'd done really well (I did have a lot of coffee though, and probably not enough water). Sometimes I feel like I'll never get under 200.

    We'll both do better next week! :flowerforyou:
