Hello From Colorado

Coming back after a 3 yr absentee. I have lost 18 lbs on my own, I still have 60 lbs more to go until my goal. I am looking for active friends, I will be keeping my diary open so my pals can see the good, the bad, and the totally unhealthy. I am on day 3 of Jillian's 30 day shred.
