Hi all! I’m not new to health & fitness. I’m technically a certified health coach, I’ve worked with trainers that are competitive body builders, I’ve trained with famous athletes.

The challenge is, despite what I know, I still struggle with implementing healthy habits.
I work too much in front of my laptop because I’m a startup founder and it’s easy to become unbalanced and unhealthy.
I wear a Fitbit and hit 10k relatively often but I want to lift weights more, and build more strength and endurance. In general, I lift weights, box and play ping pong with a champion player (I’m not that good though, just started).

Also I’m looking to increase the quality of my food. I tend to eat out all the time (everyday sometimes all my meals that day), skip breakfast, etc. and can say I have a sweet tooth but try not to let it get out of hand.
I’m all about tracking body fat not pounds.

I strive to be fairly low carb in general but not fanatical about it. I can be paleo-ish but will have massive indulgences once in a while and be cool with it aka no guilt.


Just wanted to add serious MFP friends so we can keep an eye on eachother. Motivate and support. I’m also happy to help any way I can.
