What's your most HATED exercise??

Mine is using the stair climber... walking / running upstairs... anything to do with stairs. My legs HATE this! Even when I am at my most fit, I still can't stand it.

    Walking lunges with a 25-lb plate held overhead. Those are just NASTY.

    Anything that's heavy on the quad work. Plank moguls. Squats with rotations. Jumping lunges. I hate working the fronts of my legs. :grumble:

    My volleyball coach makes us do "bleacher miles"- We start on the track, but on each side when we get to the bleachers, we snake up and down them 4 times. Then continue on the track until the next one. We do 4 laps, and so we do bleachers 8 times. (So 32 times running up and down the stairs.) I ALWAYS trip going up at least once. It's terrifying and kills my knees.

    hahaha I call it the Stair B*st*rd. I hate it. Literally can't make myself do it. I'll do ANYTHING else, but I hate that stairway to nowhere.

    Running... I think I have sports induced asthma... but it only seems to happen with running :( I want to try to learn but it hurts way too much... but since I brought it up, does anyone have any advice?
