Hello everyone,

I must say that this is my first day on MFP, and I LOVE IT. I love the barcode and database. I am contemplating on whether or not to leave WW. MFP has gotten me hooked and sold.

    gotta do what you feel comfortable with. i'm doing WW as well, left it for 1-2 weeks for MFP and i actually gained 3 lbs. but everyone's body responds differently. Needless to say i'm back with WW and lost 6 lbs in 2-3 weeks :)) good luck

    I feel the support already in here :)

    I find that although I am confused with WW and MFP, I see MFP a much more realistic long term approach. I would rather just track calories and lose than fat/fibre/protein/carbs.

    There are some things that don't make sense to me on WW. Why fruit is zero when it truly isn't is something tough to understand. I understand WW wants to focus on better filling foods....however, if we are to go by the formula, fruit has points.

    Just my opinion :)

    agree with the fact the fruit has points. that's why i'm doing the momentum program, which calculates fruit/veggie points. i have have major success with losing 31lbs since February.
    since MFP is working better for you, than just stick with it. I wouldn't complicate my life by doing two different programs :)) just my opinion
