For those of you who have done calorie cycling to bust through a plateau -- how long did it take before you saw results? Today will be my 8th day of Calorie Cycling and I'm going to wait to weigh myself until Friday ... hoping for SOME movement in a good direction... will also be taking measurements since it will be Day 30 of my ChaLEAN Extreme Program :-)

Its where you eat a different amount of calories everyday.. one day is 1400, the next 1800, then 2200.. 1650 .. its constantly changing.

Also, I haven't done it yet, but next time i slam into a plateau thats what I am doing! :P .. I am currently doing round 2 of insanity & finished a round of p90x :D
& it should show within a week and a half, i would think ..
  • I did it when I was on Jenny Craig last year - I still had a lot to lose but it did work for me, it keeps your body guessing, I would go up to 1500 for a day or two, then back to the 12 I was at - easy as having an extra snack. Let us know, I hope it works for you!

Can it really only be a couple hundred calories difference and still work? I thought it was supposed to be a drastic increase.. That is what has kept me away!
