Hi this is Day 4 of my weight loss battle I’m doing high protein low carbs I mix it up with protein shakes & high protein foods so far I’m doing great I’ve lost 5lb in 4 days the only draw back is terrible headache which I normally get in the afternoon I’m putting this down to my body adjusting to having less sugar/calories & basically just junk food so hoping this passes by week 2/3 other than that I’m loving it. I have 6 & half stone to lose I’m only 5ft 2 & weigh 15st 6lbs I’m disappointed in myself that I’m carrying this much weight & also sick of clothes not fitting or just looking plain horrible so I’m now kicking myself up the butt & doing something about it. I also have Rheumatoid Arthritis & need to lose the weight to make my joints hurt less, my knees a particularly bad so losing weight will have immense health benefits for me.
So here goes on my weight loss journey any tips would be greatly appreciated

  • I also have RA and suffer chronic migraines and have awful knees. One of the reason I started to loose weight 7 weeks ago. Well done for the first 5lb loss. feel free to add me we can motivate each other.
