I'm looking to get one and wanted to know how effective it is. I used it once at physio and enjoyed it. Can you lose weight with it?

No, I'm just starting out exercising and eating healthy. I'm very overweight.0 -
Idk your weight but I would be very reluctant to use a trampoline if I were very overweight. It can be hard on your joints. Do you have an exercise program you follow currently? Walking is a great start or a jazzercise/zumba class. Thwre are also good "30 day plans" online where you start with, say, 20 squats and work up to 100 or so.
There are all types of those.0
