Time to buckle down!

Hey ! My name is Teresa I’ll 25 years old. I’ll be 26 on the 13 of this month. I have 2 children. My daughter will be 1 on the 20th of this month and my son will be 4 in December. Before my kids I weighed 118-121 but with little to no toning. A year and a half after my son was born I started weight training, meal prepping etc. I went to 115 with nice muscle toning. Then I got pregnant with my daughter Feb 2016. I gained 35 pounds with her unlike with my son I only gained 10. My ending weight with my son was 132, my ending weight with my daughter was 149. My daughter as I said will be 1 on the 20th and now I weigh 130 pounds now. I want to try to get back down too 115. I’ll be happy with 120 but, with my muscle tone back up. My eating habits are terrible now as well. I want to try and clean up my diet again. I miss feeling comfortable in my skin! Between work, college, two kids, my Relationship and house duties I feel it’s getting harder
