    Started Zumba and Biggest Loser at my job. I gained 400 bucks and lost 56 pounds. It was a great trade off.

    I was training for a half-marathon in 2008 and I dropped down to 136 and I looked more tone than ever! Since then, I have gotten lazy and had a hip injury... I'm back up to 160 and I DON'T LIKE IT!

    I have a pair of "those jeans" that I really want to wear again! I want to go on a shopping spree and buy loads of lovely new things, instead of wondering whether the cut is "flattering"... yawn.

    what made you start your weight loss journey ~ I want to keep hiking here in the rockies, and need to get in better health to do that. I'm planning on starting my own business, and will need my own health insurance - It's cheaper if I'm a healthy weight!!
