Open your diary and ask people to look at it. Are you logging all your food? Also give stats such as your appx age, your weight, height and gender. People will help you.

Miggy6667: the commenters are all correct, but 2 more things: portion sizes need to be weighed and measured at least for a week, to understand your true intake do not estimate. You may be overdoing hidden carbs/sugars without also moving. I bought a step counter to see my activity level and it was nil. Once the above was corrected, weight loss has been consistent at 1/2 lb or more per week. Also, it's not healthy to shock the bod with a radical approach, it tries to reverse itself as fast as it can. Keto should be a lifestyle, not a crash diet system.

As stated above, weight loss isn't linear. I can easily fluctuate 2 lbs in 24 hours, even when weighing in at the same time of day. So let's say I only weighed in once a week: this week I had a big drop (about 1.5 lbs) in one day and then for the past three days I was stable, going down .2 - .3 lbs a day. Today, I jumped up 2 lbs. Today, I was .5 lb heavier than on the same day at the same time last week. If those were my only two points of comparison I'd be sadly disappointed. But because I weigh in every day, my trend line shows my weight continuing to go down. Some people don't do well with weighing in every day, but because I tend to fluctuate a lot, both upwards and downwards, it is my preferred approach. I'm not obsessive about my weight, and don't get discouraged when I see it go up or too excited when I see it go down. I focus on the trend line. If I see the trend go down even 0.1 lb in a week, I'm happy because it means I'm still headed in the right direction. I use two trend apps. One is on my phone (happy scale) and one is on my laptop (weighttrender).
