I'm 5'4 and I have 50-60lbs to lose. It's a big task but I believe I will accomplish it. I am on day 6 of Jillian's 30 DS and I walk I am incorporating cardio kickboxing, and Pilates as well.
How much do you have to lose? And what is your routine so far?

I have around 40 to lose. Many others can probably explain this better than I can, but you don't have to exercise to lose weight. Exercising is just the icing on the cake. The only thing that really matters is that you have less calories coming in than going out. Eat what you want as long as it fits your calories. A healthy amount to lose would be .5 lb - 1 lb a week. You can totally do this!

I have around 35-40 pounds to lose. I have increased my exercise since June and have lost 5 pounds. I have not been consistent with my eating. I am working on planning my meals to help me stay consistent.

I'm 5'6", I have 80-90 # to lose, I try to watch what I eat, lots of fruit and vegges, lean protein. I'm pre diabetic, I exercise along with eating better, as it keeps my metabolism from dropping and it helps with my depression. I started a bit over a mth ago, I lost 12 # right away, but this week things fell apart... Back on track this week.

It looks like your on the right track. Its not easy by any means. I have battled with my weight since i can remember. I am 5'5 and aiming to lose 100 pounds. Im currently 276. I do the treadmill in the morning with 20 minutes of strength and endurance dvds. Mid day lunch break i do the stairs at work and 15 minutes of cardio and weights. When i get home play with the kids....go for a walk....then after they go to bed i do Zumba!!! The hardest part is keeping at it but i just keep telling myself i didnt pack it on over night and it will not come off over night. JUST KEEP MOVING☺
