Considering BBL

Hey guys! Ive been lifting for 3 years now and when i started i was 120 5'3'. Now I'm about 140 and happy with my weight. I personally dont like the skinny fit look, i prefer fit thick! Nice thighs, butt yum..i even gained to 150 to see how i liked it and i didnt enjoy how fat my face and stomach got but loved everything else... im now back to 140 but am considering BBL for a bigger butt and hips... any thoughts out there?

    Are you doing a targeted glute hypertophy routine and eating at a small surplus for muscle gain? If not, I'd recommend giving it a try before resorting to surgery. Bret Contreras' website is a great place to start, as is his book Strong Curves. You won't believe some of the before and afters in the testimonials section of his site, they are unreal.
