Hello All:

My name is star. Four years ago I managed to lose 60 pounds on my own. Well time went by , I had my first daughter, got into a really bad car accident and depression set in. Last month I decided to make a change and get healthy again. I started my journey last month weighing in at 310, and I'm happy to say today I'm 291. While my first goal is to get to 250,I'm happy just be making the first steps. I know I have to do more . I'm currently doing the gym 6 days and week, eating correctly , and just patiently waiting for this weight to fall off. Plz add me and comment , I'm open to talk.

I think the weight is already falling off you've lost 19lb in a month, that is a fairly significant weight loss.

Make sure you are eating sufficient food for a sustainable weight loss.

Maybe you have to do more, but perhaps not what you think you have to do. Maybe you most of all should do less?
You don't have to exercise to lose weight. But exercise is good for you.
There is no such thing as eating correctly, you can eat what you want, but you may have to aim to log correctly as you lose weight and margins of error become slimmer.
19 pounds in a month is a wonderful initial loss at your size, good job.
