I'm looking into kettlebells... but I am not sure where to start. Teach me, MFP!!
(And if you know of any YouTube channels to recommend for beginner yoga, go ahead and toss those my way too! My kids might do those with me.)

Tracy Reifkind has a YouTube channel for learning kettle bell exercises.

Whatever you do, just be careful with the kettlebell swings. You can easily injure your back. If you are truly interested in kettlebells it wouldn't be a bad idea to hire a personal trainer to show you the basics. In videos, kettlebell swings look easy but I messed up my back badly doing them.0

You really need to go to a proper class to be taught how to use them with the correct form so you don't hurt yourself. I go to a class once a week, and the rest of the time I follow Body Fit by Amy on youtube. If you are really unable to go to a class, she does actually have instructional videos to show you how to use them.0

There is only one kettlebell program.
Pavel's.0 -
Try http://yogawithadriene.com/?s=30+days+of+yoga. Adrienne is like your best friend who teaches you Yoga - I love her videos.
I'd agree with the comments above, you have to be very careful using kettlebells so best that you try a couple of classes or get a personal trainer to teach you the proper technique before you get close to them.2 -
10 minute solutions kettle bell dvd is great, 5 x 10 minute sessions or use it complete as 50 minute intense work out, got great arm definition and strength using 10lb kettlebell. It can be used with dumb bells also. I use it 2-3 times a week and find it a challenging workout.0

Pavel's.
Seconded. Pavel is an expert: https://www.amazon.com/Kettlebell-Simple-Sinister-Pavel-Tsatsouline-ebook/dp/B00GF2HP9G/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1509986478&sr=8-1&keywords=simple+and+sinister
Simple and Sinister is an amazing foundation for any kettlebell training. It's three warmups and two main exercises, and that's it. Warm up, do 50 two handed swings or 100 1-handed swings, then do 5 turkish get-ups. Seems simple, but if you do it regularly and work up to the Simple Standard it will kick your butt in a good way.0 -
These are the DVDs I’ll never get round to opening. Not sure if a full set but I picked up up for pennies from a charity shop a few years back.0 -

I'd recommend binning them.
1. That looks like a squat(on Fast Fat burn), but the Bell is too light and way too far out.
I could point out other issues, but that's the most egregious that I can see1 -
The best way to start Kettlebell is to seek out some instruction from an RKC trainer in your area. https://www.dragondoor.com/instructors/rkc_instructors/
Use one of them instead of a regular personal trainer. I know plenty of personal trainers who can't do a proper Kettlebell swing. RKC instructors can provide proper instruction on all of the Kettlebell movements and it will give you an opportunity to use bells of various weights so you can see what weights work for you. Most women tend to buy bells that are too light.
I would also recommend Iron Core Kettlebell by Sarah Lurie
https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B005FRWTSO/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1509998775&sr=8-1&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_QL65&keywords=sarah+lurie+kettlebell&dpPl=1&dpID=414ROZIMQ1L&ref=plSrch
Her instruction is good and the video is relatively inexpensive and has really good instruction.
Tracy Reifkind and Pavel's programs are really solid as well. Lauren Brooks has some really good Kettlebell programs https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/1612430279/ref=pd_aw_sim_74_of_20?ie=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=98S4DM3FG7A807E4KE2K.0 -

Second the recommend for Sarah Lurie.
Strongfirst is the organization that Pavel started to replace RKC after he had creative differences with Dragondoor regarding licensing and program direction. They're both solid programs and have substantial overlap(since they're both Pavel's programs). Simple and Sinister is the most up to date version of the RKC program, but there's nothing wrong with the older version, but there are definitely some updates. especially regarding preparation for doing your first swing/Getup.
