I'm new!

I joined myfitnesspal.com on Monday. I am currently at 250 lbs with a goal of 150 lbs. I am currently watching what I eat but not following any particular "diet" plan. I am also working out 5 days per week, 3 of those days with the C25K program. This is it - I've got to take control of my life. It's my time to shine!

    Welcome....I have 40 to lose as my first goal and then 20 as my next. I lost 45 pound about 3 years ago and I felt so much better and felt so much better about myself. I WILL NOT buy bigger clothes so I have got to get back into what I have now. This site has really been a huge help and I have friends on here who help motivate me an hold me accountable.
