Anyone out there doing the Turbo Fire??? I'm on day three (second attempt at the program) Fell off the wagon a few months ago. Really really really want to stick to it this time but finding myself whining that "my feet hurt boo hoo". I'm wearing good shoes, oh well....if I just keep chuggin' at it I'm sure it'll get better. And MFP has set my calorie goal at 1240! How the heck am I suppose to survive on that? It's not even supper yet and I only have 397 cals left! I haven't put in my exercises yet though, will my allowed calories go up once I do? Any by the way, if you've already seen this post from me is only because I'm not sure what the heck I'm doing!!! Blog, post, blah blah blah. Not sure what I'm doing here (I'm a newby!)

It will add those calories to your daily allowance and you should eat them, your body will need it

My wife does Turbo Fire and her feet hurt too when she first started...body might not be use to the work load, jumping, and what not...if you eat all the calories burned from your Turbo Fire, you should get enough calories. Are your settings on MFP to lose 1 or 2 lbs a week?

I am doing Turbo Fire 2nd time around. Today is suppose to be my rest day but just did HIIT 15, kept hearing Chalene say give it 110% in my head, so I DID! MFP has my calorie intake at 1200, but I'm doing my best to eat lots of fruit and veggies and actually staying pretty full all day long. Plus I drink a ton of water. Feel free to add me, need lots of Turbo friends

I'm in week 3 of the Prep Schedule. I have some knee issues and wanted to ease into it. Have you calculated your target caloric intake using the formula in the guidebook? I did that and it gave me more calories to eat. So, I changed my goal here to lose 1/2 pound a week and I eat all my exercise calories and that's pretty close to what the book says I should eat.

As for your feet hurting. Are you wearing crosstrainers? I was wearing running shoes the first time I tried TF and they caused quite a bit of foot pain. So, I bought a pair of crosstrainers and haven't had a problem since. I do the low impact modifier for most of it though. However, if you're not wearing corsstrainers, I'd recommend in investing in a pair.
  • I think one pound a week. I'm 159 lbs, 5'5.5" and want to get to 135 lbs!!!! If that's at all possible!
  • Thanks everyone!!!!!
