Just starting to log my food and exercise. Trying to lose as much as possible quickly in the next 1-2 months. Any suggestions? Doing circuit training for 20-45 min/day including strength, cardio, and abs.

I too am vertically challenged ( lol ) and mesure 5 foot 1 inch as well. I have noticed that I too have a very slow metabolisim , i wonder if all people out height have the same problem. I wish I had some tips for ya to lose quickly but I do not , all i can suggest is be happy with losing slowly. I try and workout 4 to 5 times a week for 30 min , eat my 1200 calories a day and still I lose at a very slow rate but on the bright side I do lose it is just gonna take a long time to lose all the weight0
