After UK Open Diaries!

Hello Hello!

I am no stranger to MFP.... i used it a year or so ago to loose 2 stone! It worked amazingly!
Then i got in a relationship.....food happened haha!

Well..... i am not getting MARRIED next JULY!!!!! AAAHHHHH!

I am currently 11stone 12.
I want to be 10stone 10.

Im logging my food, and going to the gym- my Fitbit syncs with MFP so you can see how many calories i burn.

Im just looking really for people that use this and motivate each other, and also i like to nose around in others food diarys to get ideas as i LOVE food, LOVE cooking etc!

I am currently drinking Tesco Ultra Slim to replace 2 of my meals, im on day 2 and feel lighter already!

But weigh day is weekly. i made the mistake of daily weighing before and i became obsessed with the number on the scale....

Soo anyway, enough of my waffle- please add me up so we can help and motivate each other and i hope to make a few friends along the way!

    Hi Fiona, I'm new here but lost 4 stone a few years ago. I've just started using Huel this week for 2 meals. I'd like to loose 2 stone. My diary is open. My first weigh in is tomorrow. Feel free to add me.
