So some of you wanted the recipe ( I've just baked them myself - haven't tried them out yet ;D so if it tastes like **** - not my fault lol)
>This is a short recipe how to bake muffins with low calories
Of course you can use a different fruit than pear and you can use joghurt with a different taste than the nature yoghurt as well !
If you use Pear & Nature Yoghurt , each muffin has about 98 calories
This recipe is for a serving of 8 people !
Watch out during mixing the ingredients together, it really gets sticky, so rather mix it together with your hands * yep let's get dirty *
What you need:
1 egg
150g Nature Yoghurt ( or a Yoghurt with a different taste)
150g Plain Flour
1 packet of Baking powder/soda
1 pear ( or a fruit of your choose )
1 packet sweetener
& you can add cinnamon if you like, I usually do because it fits perfect to the taste of pear or apple
Directions:
1. First of all cut the fruits into small pieces.
2. Mix the ingredients together for the mixture ( do not mix the fruits with it ), add sweetener or cinnamon to it (cinnamon tastes only good if using a pear as the main fruit)!
WATCH OUT THE MIXTURE IS STICKY :D
3. Fill up 2/3 of the "muffin forms" with the mixture.
4. Then put the fruit pieces evenly on the top of the mixture,
5. In the end fill up the rest of the mixture above the fruits!
6. Bake them - 180°C in the oven for 20-25 minutes
This is how mine looked like:

Look like biscuits! Yummy fruity biscuits!
On that note, did you use a muffin pan? Just wondering why they came out like that! Let me know how they taste =]0 -
Yep it was easier to fill and form them that way ! They taste really good , I could have used a little bit more cinnamon but it's definitely addictive.. I just wanted to eat one, now I've got three behind me0
