What's your pick-me-up?
Imagine you've had a crap few days, you've eaten a ton of sweets or junk of choice and you're feeling a bit demotivated and like you want to hibernate.
What's your go to pick me up method? Songs, films, books, pampering, exercise, certain foods?

that's easy: extreme inner violence and self destruction at the gym.1 -

I haven't had a pick-me-up in a while, but my go-to was a long run outside while blasting good music into my headphones. Best is early in the morning as the sun is rising.2

I think this is a great (and important) question being asked, essentially 'what brings you REAL comfort' (as opposed to the fleeting 'comfort' of *comfort foods*) -
I'm working on this answer for myself.
What makes me feel good, days when I feel *kitten*:
-hot long shower with all of the fluffy products
-dangerous amounts of coffee, whipped with coconut oil, monk sweet, and peppermint oil
-a real, made-of-paper book containing something escapist (for me, David Sedaris)
-running to Kygo
-a group sweat session with my team, lifting heavy stuff
-sitting in the park, watching kids on the slide, and both really enjoying their laughter and really enjoying that I then get to come home to a quiet house
-taking my giant mutt for a walk
-calling a friend and asking them how THEY are, preferably whilst walking said dog1 -
busy work day - coffee.
off work day - family, friends, and great moments0 -
