Hi everyone, I hope you can give me some insight. I had a baby 5 months ago. Now I started running at 4weeks postpartum as my dr said it was ok. I started wit my easy interval running for 30 mins a day and I felt good, it was a challenge but I could do it without feeling over worked. Now we moved and I got a new treadmill and ever since I have tried to run my usual intervals it has been so freaking hard! I barely get thru half with being completely out of breath.. and I’ve been trying to run 4-5 times a week thinking it’d get easier but it’s not! What gives? I wanna give up because it’s suddenly impossible! Could I be missing something?

the first thought i'd have is 'is it the new treadmill?'
the second one would be anaemia. have your periods restarted recently? i know anaemia always sneaks up on me and is the last thing to come to my mind.0

You know it’s crazy, I told my my husband the same thing, it must be the new treadmill! We had a $300 golds gym treadmill and now we have a Nordic track0
