Former collegiate football player, who completely fell off. I'm looking to makeover my lifestyle and become the best me that I can be. It's starts somewhere so why not today. Would appreciate as much support as possible to hold myself accountable.

You can do this!!! I’ve lost 74 pounds slowly and healthily over 3 years despite a fibromyalgia diagnosis and 2 preexisting abdominal hernias and the surgeries to correct them. I still have 31 to go before I’m no longer considered overweight. The best tip I can give you is to be gentle and loving with yourself. Nourish yourself with food. Strengthen your body with exercise. Don’t use them to punish yourself. Do everything you can to fall in love with the sexy, beautiful self you are right now, and it will be much easier to love yourself into being fit. Please add me as a friend if you like. I need support too.1
