I eat the majority of my calories at dinner. I'm kinda tired of what I've been eating. I don't mind eating the same thing everyday. The calories for the dinner should be around 1000 calories. I try to keep the carbs down and fat and protein up. Any suggestions that you been eating lately. Also I'm allergic to eggs so i can't eat them.

I do a lot of portien, carb side, veggie side. Protein ideas: Pork chops, steak, chicken breasts grilled with salsa and cheese, bbq, grilled chicken thighs, tilapia fried in butter with cajun spices, salmon.
I also do stir fries with chicken or steak, sugar snap peas, mushrooms, fresh garlic and broccoli and teriyaki sauce, served over rice.
Also meatloaf, chili, chicken noodle soup, stroganoff, spaghetti lasagna, tacos, chicken enchiladas.0 -
Thanks some good ideas. I've been doing mostly a protein with Vegetables on the side. Than yogurt or cheese or something with some fat in it I've been getting tired of that. So if I made meatloaf how would i know all the nutritional info is there a way I can add in ingredients to get the serving size and nutrional info?0

Use the recipe builder feature. You can add a website link or ingredients and MFP will match them. (You'll have to verify they're accurate and likely change some amounts.) Enter the number of servings you want in the meal, and it'll calculate the nutrition and save it for easy logging.

Check out the recipe forums on MFP. Lots of good ideas there. Or one of the many "What's for Dinner" threads.
Also, as mentioned above there a a number of good reduced calorie recipes available online.
