Deck of Cards Workout

Options
Hey guys, I am a HIIT lover - but found that with my lifestyle I can't get to a gym regularly. I have been doing the deck of cards workout 3-4x a week - and I love the variety and full body workout it gives me, but I need new ideas for exercises! Here was last nights:

Hearts: Bicep curls & Rows
Spades: Burpees
Clubs: Lunges x2 (per leg)
Diamonds: ab roller

I try to leave burpees in (as much as I hate them) and change up the others. So my question is for suggestions for HIT exercices for: Arms, Legs, Abs

Currenly also use: plankjacks, thrusters, mountain climbers, pushups, crunches, supermans. planks

Thanks :)

Looks like you're missing squats and running. :+1:

Variations on exercise like even numbers do a regular lunge, odd numbers do a reverse lunge. Tons of different types of planks like side, up and down on elbow, spider. Wall squats, sumo squats. Pushup variations wide or diamond, feet elevated.

Cardio moves like high knees, jumping jacks, skipping, jump rope.

    Pull-ups.

What equipment do you have? No problem not getting to the gym, but maybe picking up a few basics like a kettlebell and a jump rope would really open up the options. Can improvise too - don’t need to buy a plyo box, just find a stable sturdy surface about 20-24 inches off the ground and do Box Jumps..

Depending on the equipment...Goblet Squats, KB Swings (American or Russian), Russian Twists, Turkish Getups, Weighted Step Ups, Jump Squats, jumping rope (multiply singles or double Unders), DB cleans, DB snatches, manmakers, inchworms, v-ups, hanging knee raises, Toes 2 bar.

I liked the idea of running too. You could make one of them 25 yard sprints..
