The Struggle is real

I’ve been trying a vegan whole food plant based diet recommended by my doctor. My mother in law started weight watchers and lost weight (20 lbs) while I’ve lost nothing in the same time frame.....
Yea I am getting back to eating meat here and there but I need to make better choices and try harder to eat more veggies and plant based options. Also need to lower carbs because my A1c results were higher than they should be....
I also need to exercise because I commute and have a desk job and I’m tired... it’s hard to make time to work out and cook with little energy.
So I joined here (again) for support, motivation, structure etc.
Now I just have to force some exercise in and make time to cook
