I feel stupid asking this question. But, does anyone else get this while working out? Any remediations?

Are you taking a pre-workout? Does it occur during or continues through post workout days as well?0

I don't take any supplements of any kind. This happens when I run, workout, mow the yard, any exertion when I sweat.0

Have you considered seeing your Dr? maybe an underlying issue that can be easily corrected. I had that feeling using a pre-workout caused increased heart rate to which in my opinion was too excessive abnormal for sure resulting in that prickly heat. I switched to coffee no longer a concern,
Def not a stupid thing to ask but may be best to position to a medical professional.

Will do thanks1

I get prickly heat as a side effect from a medication, and I take a low dose aspirin when it hits (doctors orders). But definitely see your doc before popping meds.0

Thanks, may try the aspirin0

Until I changed my sunscreen.1
