Foods that will help speed up your metabolism.

I have been looking up power foods today and found some really interesting stuff! Here is what I have found so far...
How to help speed up your metabolism with food.
Great oils (healthy fats) to use are:
Olive oil
Coconut oil
Macadamia nut oil
Spices:
These help loosen fat and detox
Cyan pepper
Garlic
Black Pepper
Cinnamon
Ginger
Turmeric
Seasoning:
Parsley~ digestion
Oregano ~ Helps Stomach bloating
Basil ~ Helps control appetite, and hunger
Rosemary ~ helps calm
Make your own dressing:
Use things like:
Lemon
Mustard
Red or White wine vinegar
Apple cider Vinegar
Balsamic Vinegar
Thermo Charged Foods:
Veggies are Not very high in calories and your body burns almost double to digest them. SO eat your Veggies!!
Change up your proteins instead of eating only one kind every day. Always try to include protein in every meal
Try:
Fish
Tuna
Salmon
Lean Beef
Lean Pork
Eggs
Chicken
Lean Turkey
Protein Powder
Foods to Avoid!
These foods are not your friend and are loaded in fat!
Margarine (ever notice you can leave it out for days and it never spoils, and flies wont even touch it! maybe we should leave it alone too!)
Vegetable oil
Fat-Free salad dressings
White Flour
Sugar
Brown sugar ( this is just white sugar cover in molasses)
