    mid morning snack 2 slices of Oscar Myer white turkey on 1 slice of whole wheat bread
    apple juice
    sry ... I eat like a King in the morning!!
    gotta kick start my metabolism early
    lol!!!!

    Look delicious!! Plenty of protein too, not many people think of that in the AM :smile: Mmmmm I love turkey bacon!

    Just wondering how so many of you keep from gnawing your arm off before lunch time when you don't eat protein for breakfast? :noway: I'd be starving in about an hour after some of these meals. (No criticism implied -- just wondering how that works.)

    I'm unable to resist gnawing. I'm actually missing part of one arm because of it...just kidding! :laugh:
    My breakfast was:
    1.6 servings of Optimum Power cereal with 1 cup of soy milk and coffee.
    Later I have "elevensies" or "second breakfast" depending on how early it is, and that's usually a hard-boiled egg, or bread with peanut butter. I cannot operate without a mid-morning snack!

    I usually go with:

    1 medium banana
    2 plain rice cakes/ 1 cheddar rice cake
    1 south beach protein bar
