Hi everyone, I have over 7 stone to lose so looking for people to share the journey with who are in a similar position but preferably in the UK due to the time differences.

I've started back here (again) but this time trying harder and have joined an exercise class run by a previous Rosemary Conley instructor. I don't do slimming world or weight watchers but happy to support you too if you do.

Thanks in advance
Jackie

In Ireland but from the UK, feel free to add me, I am looking to lose 70lbs initially (5 stone) but will then be looking at probably another 1 or 2 through Recomp. I am down about 38lbs so far.
