This app - one question

I don't see the fiber being deducted from my carbs on this app?? Anyone know why. Thanks

    Because it just doesn't - the developers apparently don't think it's important to add it, probably because not everyone cares about net carbs. You'll have to just subtract the fiber from the carbs yourself for net carbs.

    Considering many of the database entries are user entered, some of them are already net carbs and some are not. You can try looking for entries that are already net. Alternatively, you would have to subtract, you can set fibre as one of your tracked items.

    I just deduct the fiber from my carbs to get my net carbs for the day. The same as you would do if you were grocery shopping and looking at the nutritional facts on a product you were buying. At least in the U.S., anyway. Our food labels don't automatically deduct the fiber to give you net carbs.
